UmrahBricks™ Refund & Return Policy

At UmrahBricks, we want you to love your lego Kabba set! If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your item.

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:

  • Your lego Kabba set must be in the same condition as when you received it — unworn, unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging.

  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at GSCustomerService@hotmail.com. If your return is approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label and instructions on how to send your item back. Please note: Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your bracelet is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at GSCustomerService@hotmail.com so we can make it right.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Sale items and gift cards

  • Perishable goods, hazardous materials, or flammable items

If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, please reach out to us.

Exchanges
To exchange an item, please return your original bracelet for a refund, then place a new order for the item you want. This ensures you get exactly what you’re looking for.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you if your refund is approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
